How your proposal will be evaluated

Proposals will be evaluated by 3 Members of the Committee based on the following:

Quality of content, timeliness, relevance to Congress theme.
Presenters background and professional/speaking experience.
Thoroughness and accuracy of proposal forms and documents.
Appropriateness for Regression Therapists.
Quality of proposal compared to others submitted regarding same or similar topics.
Diversity of Presenters from various countries and Geographical locations.
Priority for evaluation given to those who have registered early.
All presenters must speak English for universal understanding by attendees.

The form, professional bio, resume and all supporting attachments must be received by 1st February 2011.

WCRT4 - Terms

Congress registration fee include the details that mentioned in registration page. All the services that congress fee includes, are guaranteed by the organization. The participants has every right to cancel the reservations or refund the payments if any of the promised services hasn’t be done. If guest has any complains about the congress, there will be a responsible person from the organization who she/he can consult. The responsible person will be in the services to help the participants through the event.

In case of cancellation before the 10 weeks after your payment the Money is refundable. After then please see our cancellation policy below:

In case of cancelling up to 10 weeks preceding the Congress a 80% refund will be given.
Between 10 and 6 weeks preceding the Congress a 50% refund will be given.
Refunds will not be given within 6 weeks preceding the Congress
In case of cancellation all the refunds will be done in 3 days to the credit cards.
