Valéria has seventeen years of experience in the clinical field as a Psychotherapist and as a Consultant in small and medium businesses.
She is the Managing partner at Unidade Pessoas of Desenvolver – Assessoria, Educação e Treinamento Ltda. acting in the following fields of service: People Management Consultancy and Director and Manager Development Program, Professional Education, Vocational Guidance and Clinical Psychotherapy.
She coordinates Instituto Vita Continua in Minas Gerais.
Valéria is a Co-author of The Individual Development Program, with Milton Menezes from Vita Continua Assessoria em Desenvolvimento Humano, from Rio de Janeiro- and Organizational Consultant in the field of Human Development and Management of Competences.
She has Specialization in Family Therapy, Psycho diagnosis, Games and Psychodrama with clinical and business applications.
She trained and specialized in Conscience Transformation Therapy – CTT, method with clinical and business applications at Instituto Vita Continua - and PLT with Dr. Hans TenDam from Tasso Instituut – Netherlands.
Graduated in Psychology at Minas Gerais Federal University and Post-graduated in Phenomenological-Existential Psychotherapy at Minas Gerais Catholic University.
Kátia Elizabete Rodriguez
Graduated in PSYCHOLOGY at Pedro II College of Classical Learning in 1987, studied Existentialism - Psicomaiêutica linha Existencialista and Transactional Analysis. Has worked as a clinical psychologist.
In the institutional field, has worked in the Marketing area as a Promotional Manager and later on as a Marketing Manager for 16 years, being post-graduated in Marketing at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
Had contact three years ago with Previous Life Theraphy, started attending the PLT Introductory Course, later on the Graduation Course and currently the Advanced Course, all at Instituto Vida Contínua with Milton Menezes. Besides, has attended all Previous Life Therapy Theory and Practice Training Course with Hans W. Tendam, as well as parts I, II and III of Previous Life Therapy Complete Course.
