Also 24 hours room service and wake up service are available. The rooms have Sea or Mountain View Suite rooms additionally have a small kitchen (with a kettle and tea & coffee set-up) and beautiful decorated living room. . Meeting and Convention Facilities
Pine Bay Holiday Resort features 8 meeting rooms for up to 2.000 persons with its own spacious lounges for coffee breaks. The 1.000 sq. meters Conference Hall has a capacity of 1.200 people and can be divided into smaller meeting rooms to hold 200 (Pergamun), 250 (Priene), 550 (Miletus) people by means of sound insulated separators. The entire hall is equipped with the latest audio visual technology having four simultaneous translation cubicles, thereby ensuring qualified communication throughout the hall. The Royal Hall is 720 sq. meters and can host 650 people. The hall can be organized in banquet, cinema and class configurations for meetings as well as other special events. The Hall is a separate building from the Pine Bay complex and it is internally connected to the main building and there is an entrance from the Parking area. The Committee Rooms are for smaller groups and private meetings of 30, 60, 80 and 120 persons. The rooms with their comfort and private entrance-exit facilities provide an exclusive atmosphere for our guests. All halls are equipped with the latest audio-visual systems and high standard facilities.
